We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Return Policy

At Felonious Threads, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns under the guidelines below.


Final Sale & Non‑Returnable Items

The following categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Beauty

  • Bodysuits

  • Face Masks

  • Intimates / Lingerie

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

These items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn clothing items that include:

  • Original tags

  • Clear garment packaging with the SKU label attached

Exchanges are not offered at this time.


Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the date your tracking shows the order was delivered.

  • Once your return request is submitted, items must be shipped back within 3 days to qualify for a full refund.

  • For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.


Return Conditions

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may:

  • Incur a 50% restocking fee, or

  • Be declined entirely, depending on the condition of the returned items.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Processing Time

Please allow Felonious Threads 5–7 business days from the date we receive your returned package to complete processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the outcome.
